Building a privacy program does not end with the creation of a policy or a set of guidelines. Transforming policies into tangible results requires vision, leadership, and consistency. I have nurtured multiple organisations to become competent privacy organisations, capable of executing on their core competencies and meeting their primary objectives while creating and implementing effective privacy practices at all levels of the organisation.
